All mine come from my hunting grounds unless noted differently. The set was less than 20 yds apart from each other. The order of the ATL's is reversed from how I found them, drop tine first. If I had taken that one from more of an angle without the tree so close to block the background view, probably would have gotten them both in one pic.

Finaly getting melted out here. Picked up 2 more yesterday. These guys were hanging around the cam all winter. It's primetime out there now. ;D The two of them together. ...and hopefully with a little luck I'll find these guys. A cropped look at that dude in the background

Wooley, were they laying together like in the picture? That is cool! I still haven't found any on my property (3yrs) and in the last 30 have only found a couple. Keep up the great work, love your pictures.

Thanks Burt- yep the first pic of the set is the As-They-Lay photo(ATL). I always take a few extra pics to show a better angle than what the ATL's show. Your propperty sounds like the one I'm searching this year. There's not a whole mess of them around as it's not a wintering area, but I've been hiking my brains out checking some higher percentage spots trying to find the few that may be out there. Good luck if you get out looking, it's just nice to be out there this time of year and watch the woods come back to life after a long winter nap. If I find an antler or two along the way....all the better!

I found 5 in my honey hole. Only 1 was a freshie. Found 2 5pt sides, 2 three point sides, and a broken up 2 point. I kept 2 and left 3 out at the cabin I will have to put up some pics.

Very very cool! What do you do with all of them? These racks are real nice and I wouldn't give one to my dog but when I shoot a small buck I'll give the rack to my dog and boy does he love chewing on it.

Really don't do anything with the sheds but collect them in boxes and display some of the more impressive ones around the house. From time to time I'll pull them all out and play with them like they're little army men, lol. ;D Eventually I'd like to harvest a buck I have the previous years antlers to. This season I'm hoping it's the drop-tine set I found this winter. I also have a bunch of sawed off antlers from dead deer I find that I recently used as a bartering tool. A friend of mine on another forum is a flintknapper, who upon request crafted this knife for my father in exchange for some old antlers and a small fee.

Thanks guys, it's been a fun filled season for sure. Scrounged up 2 more past 2 days. 1'st one was a little oldy 2pt. just admiring it by the campfire waiting for the sun to rise. next was my second busted rack for the season and the first antler I've found by "blind glassing" an area. group pic
