Get a Grip(on your bow)

I just finished reading an article posted on the net by a Dr Mark Timney about the type of grip you use when shooting your bow. I am a low to medium grip kinda guy but I might just try to get into that low grip state of mind when shooting from now on. He makes some good points and gives good tips in this article.
