1-hang on stand, 1-15' climbing stick,40- screw in steps they tried taking a 2 man ladder stand but it was too big. They left the 2 other stands hanging for some reason. They took the steps and left the stands.

That's gotta be about $200 to replace . Scumbags musta had alot of time on their hands . Probably stole them and sold for little of nothing for drugs . Had a camera and portable generator stole from me one time. They were located at "Tom's" in Newark. I got them back but not my bow, chainsaw, weed whacker and a couple other things . I hope they find the SOBs Chuck but I doubt if the cops will spend much time on something like treestands .

huntingfreak2; Theives are quite the menace arn't they. I remember quietly making my way to my spot one morning and discovering to my suprise the entire set-up gone. 15' treestand was heavy chained and padlocked to boot. They must have planned ahead and brought a bolt cutter. Bastids. Reported it to the state police too and he took the report, but we both knew a chance of recover was slim. I bought a summit trophey chair for a temp replacement and it has actually turned out to be the best hunting chair I ever owned. Thought about a climber to pack along for selected spots but lugging the extra weight isn't a thrilling idea, nor would be the extra time to set-up.

Well I got mine down, I am redesigning it from a 3 leg ladder stand to a 3 legged stand with out the ladder. I have been finding it difficult to get the ladder to stay level so I am going to cut it in two and stagger the rungs for a single leg ( telephone pole) style climb.
