Got out today. Ended up with 37 but earned every one. Wind was blowing from the south much harder than predicted and we had to plow thru 3-4 footers all the way back in a thunderstorm. But..... I'd do it again!

Chuck- You coulda gone (had I not seen your message til just now!) I started at 7:15 this morning. The fog was unreal. Even at 1 pm I could only see about 40-50 yards. I moved about a million times today, probably covered about 10 miles of shoreline picking likely looking spots to try. Saw a herd of guys around Severne, did'nt look like much going on. The LAST spot I tried before calling it quits was right near where I launched. Looked just like the other million spots- but the fish liked it better! Limited out between 3:50 & 5:10 pm. This spot has a creek spewing alot of color into the lake- dropped right off into deep water. I was casting into 70 feet & pulling up the ledge. Most fish came between 60- 45 feet deep. Rather be lucky than good anyday! This is a 7- gallon pail within a few inches of the top (50 total)...
