I'm not sure if the video that shows how to make them is still available . You drill a hole through the nock to show the light better from behind . You need the part of another nock that fits in the arrow and cut it off , then sand it a bit and stuff it in the shaft . You have to glue the head of the bobber light to the nock and be careful not to let it drip onto the battery or you won't be able to turn it on and off . It's not a difficult task . I bought some bobber lights at Gander Mt for $2.49 each ................

kpkot - Which wildview cam are you using? I used the Extreme2 (2megapixel) last year and got some great pics. It was actually my neighbors so I bought the Extreme5 (5 megapixel) this year and D i c k s sporting goods on sale for $89.99. I just put it up Wednesday the 24th - Im late this year - and dont want to go check for a few weeks. Just curious if you are using the E5 so I can judge what my pics will look like. Nice 6pt btw.

its actually the 4mp. The 5 should give you slightly better quality, but for the money you can't beat it. I can't seem to put a $300 camera in the woods, and have someone "find" it. Besides the fact i can put 3 wildviews out for the price of the other ones.

I agree kpkot - I have a hard time parting with $300 and so does my wife if it isnt for clothes or shoes, lol. Thx for the info.

He is definately a hog for sure. Hope he keeps coming to feast on those crabapples and maybe, just maybe during daylight hours on lts say the 18th or so. The sixer is a respectable deer as well. I'd have a tough decision to make if he comes by first.

I've been averaging 50 to 65 pics every 3 days now. I haven;t been able to upload all of them but my neighbor has put them all on a disk. He came over tonight and we looked all of them over together and are in agreement that we now have 9, maybe 10 different bucks coming by the camera and at least 5 doe. 3 different spikes, 1 four point, 3 six points, 1 seven or eight point, and the big 8. Check out "The Devil". He looks to be a mature deer body wise. What do you guys think? Here's a cool pic or the 7 or 8pt? Not 100% sure. Check out his ears down because of the buck behind the tree.

9 different buck, that is great! Hope you get another chance at the big one! All of the deer look nice and healthy, should be some good eating!
