Took the kids after Church last night for a little spotlighting. None of them have done that before and all of them enjoyed it a bunch. They did not want to go in but it was bed time.
We hit about a dozen fields and nearly every one of them had deer in them . The corn fields had mostly bucks in them while the green alphapa fields had doe in them. Very noticeable differance.
Saw one giant of a buck very close within 1/4 of a mile of a hunting spot of mine. I have not seen this deer in the daylight though. He had a ok spread at about 15-16 inches but was a very, very tall rack I would guess 20-24 inches high.
