Lead bullets are just fine. I hunt with hardcast lead pistol bullets, and they do not break apart. Most rifle projectiles are bonded now, so I think the liklihood of "splattering" is a bunch of hooie. I will be hunting with a 20 gauge with foster slugs, and I am not worried. Now, if you are one of those hunters who blast away with cheap soft lead rounds, who hit the meat instead of the vitals....

one of the biggest problems is that processors werent cleaning the meat properly and then grinding it up
