Ok I have shot beamen 400's and i liked how they shot. I just bought some gold tips 5575 but they are only .006 straitness. Not sure if i want ot keep them. I can sell them to my brother.
The question is what kind of arrow do you shoot or reccomend. I like to target shoot and i do alot of 3d competition in the warmer months. Im looking for a straight consistent arrow. I don't mind spending money for quality. WHat do yall say?

I've shot the Axis and Epics and have had zero complaints under hunting and target shooting experiences. The 5575's are also a good shaft. I've always shot the same arrows for 3-D, target, and hunting but that's only because I wasn't shooting competitively. If I were,I think I would check out some of the larger diameter shafts like the Fat Boy to break a few more lines on the course. I've also read that straightness tolerances don't begin to show untill they get above .010". How apparent this is to the naked eye is beyond me, but if I had to guess I'd bet some of my old alluminums were above that within the first few rounds at the bag!
