Well it took awhile but I finally found #50!It was a perfect afternoon/evening for looking with the rain. Those white tines really stuck out against the dark wet leaves. It's a fairly nice all tho broken 4pt.Doesn't look like it has been off too long.No chew marks plus I was in this area about 3,weeks ago and it wasn't there. Good luck to everyone still hiking! Sheds 50 Sets 4 Skulls 5

Thanks Matt!
I'm in the same boat, it's been really slow for a couple of weeks now.I'm hoping to be able to find the 5 I need before the green-up takes over.Which will be early this spring if the weather doesn't change.

Found 9 yesterday out in bellfast ny. I went to my uncles to help him with his plumbing, i took a walk in the apple orchard and within an hour i had 9 antlers. 2 full sets. The most i ever found in one outing was one. I was really suprised.

Nice Doe Skull I found with jaw bones. All teeth were on them. Heres the Antlers minus one that i traded to a buddy to get a match set that he found one of mine. This one is my favorite. Lots of little kickers. Like i said nothing great but i think i would be more inclined to find more small ones than only finding one big one. It just makes it more fun.

That's a great day in the shed woods... wish they were all like that but if it was always that easy everyone would be doing it. You got a great spot, how big is the orchard? To get through it in an hour, it can't be all that big?

I would venture to guess the area that i found them in to be about 5 acres total. The land is about 70 acres. The land has an abundance of apple trees. This particular orchard was the only one where i found the antlers. I guess you just have to be in the right spot. Crazy though in that tiny area all those antlers. It was like i found one...Then i would look for the match set and find a different one. Good times.
