there is a difference sunrise to sunset is legal hunting hours. there is plenty light before sunrise to take that pic same as after sunset there is still plenty of light. Sunrise to sunset does no tmean daylight to dark.

If he were in the area I was hunting, chances are I would know about him anyway as I do a lot of scouting and preparing. Hopefully I would get into the position to surprise him not vice versa
