Took my old trusty 1100 and gave it a makeover. A stock that was advertised by cabela's to fit an 1100 ended up being an 1187 stock. So with a little dremel tool i made it fit.

Where?? What I mean is, I can't tell and that's a good thing! Downfall is you gotta keep an eye on it with the mod. Had a cracked (hairline fracture) on a 870 wood stock that depreciated the resale value. I thought I was the only one that knew it was there till then. Didn't bother me none up to that point, but a keen eye noticed it right off the bat.

The dremel was needed on the forehand where it slides over the magazine cap. The foregrip would not fit over it so it required a small amount of dremel work to allow it to fit. I really like the grip though.

Looks good...That's the kind of stock that you don't mind taking out in the woods and getting down and dirty with it...A fine wood stock is something that I would be afraid to take to the woods with...
