Wow, 56 was a good one for ya! Congrats man!
I gotta ask ya Chris... roughly what kinda overall land area you have access to. Private small chunks, big lots,... public? I'd have loved to have strapped on one of them ped-ometers this year and checked my mileage. Definately logged my most time this season- really expected it to show in my end of year totals, but unless I get real lucky here real soon.... probably aint happening.

I hike all of the land you mentioned. Most of what I hike is farm land.I did hit a new piece of state land with BB,not sure if you seen her post over on the site?Anyways it was the first time on this state land and see found 2,with one of them being her biggest antler so far. I always say I'm going to try and keep track of the miles I hike but for some reason usually forget about it until the season is well under way. Good luck next hike Matt!

Thanks Matt,I'll tell her, she'll appreciate it.
She can't hike very far anymore but still likes to get out a few times every year.I always try to put her in the high percentage areas,in hopes she'll find one.
