OK...I will pay for an increase because I love to hunt...But, how many will not? I doubt that there will be any increase in revenue for the state from an increase. Too many people will just throw up their hands and give up hunting for the season or longer. So many people that I speak to are tired of the politics and growing expenses. They wonder why the state is willing to allow more state employees to be hired while the number of residents in NYS is falling. Politics are the reason that I will probably be leaving NYS once I retire. I'm tired of all the politics and the patronage jobs that are handed out. Cut the BS spending and BS patronage jobs and this once great state could be on the road to recovery. Sorry for the rant...I know that it was supposed to be about hunting licenses.

OH yeah....Regulate our too easy to acquire welfare aid. Heck, you don't even need to be a resident for more than a day and you can apply for welfare...I'm tired of working hard to have the government go in to my pockets to help out those "less fortunate." I know that there are those that really do need the help but I am sick of those that are fleecing the system.
