Guys, Sorry about the quality of the images, I had no way of downloading so I took digital pictures of my tv screen. These are just a few, some big does and a nice 7pt and that half rack you see seems to have only three pts on the right side but still a nice spread. We put up stands last weekend and we saw a nice buck in the corn also the back side of my corn field like last year is trashed from the bears. There is a big one in the area that we have seen pushing 400lbs. Next time I am up I will take pictures of the damage they do, it really is unbelievable until you see it. just think about the crop circles in England but on a smaller scale. Looking forward to the journals this year! Burt PS the food plot the deer are in is two years old. We planted NoPlow this year and it really came in. Put down 100lbs of Hydo lyme in an area of about 30' by 30'. The height of the plants are about 7-8 ". We are really happy with it. We did plow up the area so please my results did not come from just tossing the seed and raking.

Thanks Eddie but I don't have the original pictures. They are at my camp on the trail cam. I brought my Mac laptop with me and found out that it wasn't compatible with the trail cam so I couldn't download to the computer.

I think it is, good pictures! Starting to get a bit chilly at night-feels good! Is this by the apple tree? Looking forward to the journals-going to keep the title the same but add 2009.

Yes that is the crabapple tree in the picture. There is another wild apple tree behind the camera that drops small yellow apples but neither tree has very many at all this year. Worries me just a little but there are at least 2 mature does and two fawns running around that I have plenty of pictures of. Hopefully if the food doesn't bring them in, the does will.
It was 45 here Wednesday morning so yes it is chilly. Can't wait to get out there. Looks like I will have a dream season so to speak. The warehouse I run is closing due to the business being sold and my last day is September 21st so I will be off all of deer season unless something really, really good comes along. Another week or so and I'll start up my journal. Look forward to reading everyones stories again this year.

I swap out the card when I check the Stealth Cam . Then I take it home , plug it in the computer and upload the pics . Same here...But, the last time I grabbed my card there was nothing but scenery pics...Oh well.
