Just got back from camp, seeing plenty of rubs and one scrape. Thought it was a bit early for a scrape but this tree always has one under it. Corn is still standing and we had bear tracks 50ft behind the cabin! Put up one last tree stand, this year we put up 6 stands two ladder and 4 gorilla stands. Burt

Sounds great Burt. Went to my cabin as well on Saturday. Mowed the grass around the cabin, vacuumed inside thx to the generator we brought, and fixed the floor that the porcupines chewed through over the years. Also set up the mouse trap. Going to visit there one more time before gun season. It's getting close.

I had to put out the traps and poison a little bit more this year. Still have one or two still around. It's a real nice time of year, real beautiful outside!

Heard they go for water? I'm sure it smells if they die inside.
