hey can any of you guys recommend a good deer processing video, that includes all the different chops, as well as a good video on how to make make sausage, pastrami smoking meat, etc. thanks for any tips!

There are tons of them available and charts also.
I was fortunate enough to have family members teach me how, I started at age 7. My 10yr old helps me out now, he is learning the same way I did, hands on.

thanks fulldraw, yep, ii am the only hunter in my family. and ive done my deer plenty b4 now. but i would like to do it "right" and make sausage and all those goodies, and the real cuts. thanks again good luck this season!

Thank you Joel, will check it out! BTW, i caved in and dropped my 6 point off at the butcher.. but he does great work,and has a fair price. i will see what happens with any more deer this season
