11/13 am 29 degrees
I was going to sleep in this am but my bro had the day off so we got out behind the inlaws house. At 7:55 I had the tall 8 I saw last weekend in this stand walk right to me 12 feet from the tree. He milled around me for 10 minutes. I had a meeting to get to so I finally snort weezed him a couple times to get him away from me. He gave me like 30 shot oportunities! I even got pics of him but I must have been cold cause they are all fuzzy! I gotta improve with this camera thing!! Bro stayed another hour plus and saw nothin.
Here doe doe doe

11/14pm 58? degrees
All three of us got out again tonight. We all sighted in our shotguns and muzzleloaders. Unbeleivably all 5 guns we shot were all right on. No excuses!!
Hunted at the honey hole. I bumped a nice buck with white antlers going in. At 4 or so I had one buck go by me out 100 plus yards out. Nice looking buck with white antlers. Might be the one I jumped. There are two though because right at sundown my bro had a nice buck with white antlers 40 yards from him but could not get a clean shot. The one I saw could not have made it to him in that time so there are two. A bit after that I see one coming through the thick stuff to me. I can not see antlers so I am like sweet!! As it gets closer to me I see 6 inch spikes, rrrrrr. He pegged me but I stayed frozen and he settled down and kept on his way right through my 30 yard lane.
It got dark and I was packing my gear. I am up in my climber and all I can hear is deer walking!! I finally got tired waiting for them to pass so I pull out my 200l pocket flashlight and spot light em all. 4 of them around me, do not see a horn among em. They are just messin with me now!! Still would not leave so I made a owl sound, nope so then a booo and they all took off!
On way out I put up two more that about ran my brother over in the dark while he was waiting for me for the rest of the hike out!

OK so whats your secret? You shower in doe pee don't you? It's not head and shoulders, its tinks69!!!! Awesome encounters man. I'm sure your brother appreciated you sending them to run him over. Thats one way to keep your "buck heaven" to yourself!!!

Zem I got no idea, best bow season by far. I have seen more deer than all last year. I am over 50 sightings and 20 bucks. I am having a blast but man I gotta sleep in one of these days!! I have only missed 3 days of bow season so far! In the woods 27 so far.
Best part Zem was it was pitch black out so he heres the noise coming at him and he thinks it is me. Then he thinks to self, that I am moving kinda fast!! He flashlights up and see them glowin eyes and all running at him. Then they cut to his side.

11/15 am 48 degrees Nice morn a little fog to give it that sureal look in the woods. Out behind inlaws with my bro. I finally had a doe in range!! Only thing is she came running by, stopped perfectly 25 yards in front of me with trees blocking everything but her butt and her head. Then she took off on running. No idea what from, I thought a buck would be behind her but nope. My bro saw a doe and a fawn to far out. It is warm out, took the kids out for squirrels and missed two. Trying to decide where to sit tonight. Haul my climber in this heat all the way into the honey hole or nice and lazy in the ladder behind the house. hmmmmm Let me eat some lunch and watch some football and think on that!

Make sure you guys are checking yourselves when you get home from hunting. I had my wife earlier remove a tick embeded in the back of my neck. First for me.

snuck out for an hour and a half behind the house. Did not see any deer. Did hear one behind me but it never showed. Did shoot a rabbit with the bow though! Perfect double lung shot at about 15 yards.
